By accessing and using the Agastya Mandalam website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

2. Products

  • All products are described to the best of our ability. Minor variations in colour or appearance may occur due to natural product characteristics.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging may differ slightly.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product without prior notice.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but existing orders will not be affected.

3. Ordering

  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
  • You must provide accurate and complete delivery details. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect information.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity.
  • Order cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.

4. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently the only available payment method.
  • We reserve the right to refuse COD orders in certain areas or for high-value orders.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent products.
  • Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
  • Opened food products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of approval.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and graphics — is the property of Agastya Mandalam and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agastya Mandalam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the value of the order in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our website or products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
